Sibonelo ‘Pastor’ Mtshali has once again opened the door for under-21 teams to showcase their talent and compete for a grand prize of R10,000 along with team kits. The Sihle Mtshali Top 16 Tournament is scheduled to take place in Lawley, south of Johannesburg, from August 9 to August 18, 2024.
