The primary objective of the event was to educate the Ntshongweni community on mental health, highlight the challenges individuals may face, and provide practical strategies for overcoming them. It also aimed to raise awareness about suicide and to encourage open, honest conversations around emotional wellbeing. This initiative comes at a critical time, as Ntshongweni has experienced a concerning rise in suicide cases in recent years.
