The Ekurhuleni North Community Development Forum was founded on 8 July 2022, born out of a transformative training session hosted by Heartlines. It is a collaborative effort by numerous organizations, including Faith-Based Organizations (FBO), Yana, CPF, SAPS, Thato One Big Family, Bophelong, She is Brave, CSP, Tharie Yabasadi, Zaichaso, Sport Group, TAC, City of Ekurhuleni Social Workers, and the Women Directorate Gender Officer. #CommunityUnity #FoundingVision

Structure and Leadership

The forum operates uniquely, with no hierarchical leadership. Instead, it is guided by “Champions,” whose mandate is to ensure order and collaboration. A dedicated co-ordinator, Michael Mtshali, oversees programs, meetings, and overall functionality. #LeadershipRedefined #CommunityChampions

One notable event at the Oasis of Life Family Church saw an attendance of 175 people, surpassing the anticipated 100.
