Armed with community development skills known as the #ToolsForLife, Irene not only rebuilt her own life but also brought hope and opportunities to the youth in her community. Despite her exceptional qualifications, including a #MastersDegree and years of professional experience, Ms. Moemise learned the harsh reality that job security is not guaranteed in South Africa. Facing an uncertain future after being retrenched, Irene was determined to find a solution. When I lost my job, I was devastated, but I knew I had to act quickly to secure my future,” said Irene.
