The programme offers a structured two-month training course combining both theory and practical learning. Students receive hands-on experience in a wide range of beauty and wellness services, including nail technology (gel, acrylic, fibre, and nail art), slimming treatments, tag removal, waxing, massage therapy, eyelash and eyebrow services, facials, teeth whitening, and body shaping techniques. Advanced treatments such as vacuum therapy and other wellness services are also included.

A major milestone was celebrated on 10 April 2026, when the first class of 2026 graduated from the programme. The graduation ceremony was a great success, made possible through the strong support of Tembisa stakeholders and community members. Key supporters included South African Police Service (SAPS), SA Rainbow News, Ward Councillor T. Jiyane, as well as dedicated social workers Josephine, Thoko, and Rose Makhubela. Parents and respected groups of elders (grannies) also played an important role in supporting and celebrating the graduates.

To maintain professionalism and unity, students are required to wear a uniform, and a once-off registration fee is charged. Upon completion of the programme, students graduate and receive certificates, marking their readiness to enter the industry. Essie and her team also assist graduates in finding job opportunities or starting their own businesses, ensuring that the training leads to real economic impact.
