Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation (THF), a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting the lives of those in need, has taken a bold step in addressing one of the most pressing issues facing young schoolgirls — access to sanitary products and menstrual education.

Founded by Bathabile Mashapu, a 17-year-old matric learner at Child Academy Programmes Combined School in Tembisa, the initiative reflects the determination of the youth to drive meaningful change within their communities.

In commemoration of Women’s Month, Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation decided to give back directly to Mashapu’s school by distributing sanitary products and creating awareness around menstrual health.

This impactful programme was made possible with the generous support of Devoted Citizens, the People Matter Foundation, Udumo Foundation, Mpiloenhle Foundation, Teens on a Mission Foundation, and the *Make a Difference Foundation. Their collective efforts brought light and hope to many young girls.

The event would not have been possible without the warm reception from the school management, from the Principal to all supporting structures of Child Academy Programmes Combined School.
