The Department of Employment and Labour, in partnership with various institutions and organizations, successfully hosted a Work and Career Expo on 28 August 2025 at Agape Full Gospel Church in Ivory Park, Midrand. The event served as a beacon of hope and opportunity, empowering young people with vital resources to shape their future.

The expo was led with excellence by Pamela Dlamini, the dedicated host of a youth empowerment program, working alongside Bonginkosi and Mahlatsi. Together, they focused on equipping young people with the necessary skills and knowledge to secure employment, enhance career readiness, and pursue entrepreneurship. Their initiative emphasized CV writing, interview preparation, and access to bursary and learnership opportunities.
