  1. Indigenous monarch king Khalolabataung l declared: self-determination, self-government and declaration rights of indigenous people. To have the inalienable and alodial rights of thier ancestral land . Indigenous laws is ultimate law of life. Is natural law no political government or constitutions can deprive. Indigenous laws is deeply embedded in the traditions, culture and rites of people and as a means of solving disputes regulating social behaviour, maintaining social order , social and economic conditions reflecting the dynamic nature of indigenous communities. Constitutional Court of South Africa has identified three forms of indigenous laws:
    Law practiced In the community
    Law found in statutes and case law
    Academic law used for teaching purposes.
    Now “self-reliance”- people govern
